Our client, an international law firm is hiring a curious minded and passionate Paralegal to join and support their Capital Markets (EDM) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in collating and researching company information from public sources and deal information
• Assisting with preparation of first drafts of documentation and review of CPs for transactions
• Assisting the clients with listing applications to the Singapore Stock Exchange
• Supporting with the administrative aspects of deals (eg: chasing for information and answers on due diligence questionnaires) and;
• Assisting on bible preparation and deal closing.

Requirements

·       Prior experiences will be considered favourably

·       Proactive and independent with a keen eye for attention to detail

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Competent and eager to see the job through to completion and having the necessary gravitas to work effectively with the Capital Markets (EDM) team at all levels
