x Drive growth in memberships by providing tours for potential prospects (walk-in, call-in, online leads and referral)
x Manage business renewal and any tenancy related matters
of space within other business portfolio
x Expand revenue generations by working with partners and mark up from the services
x Host activities and gatherings in the space to value add to the members
x Constantly drive initiatives and create buzz in the community
x Work with the marketing team on marketing strategies and set directions on a regular basis
x Oversee the whole business centre operations, maintenance, and improvement of the space
x Establish policies and procedures for the centre
x Responsibility for the effective implementation of SOP
x Responsible for negotiating deals with suppliers and vendor to reduce operating and capital cost
x Signing of tenants’ invoices and suppliers’ invoices (checker)
x Handle escalated members’ complaint and feedbacks
x Supervise and cover duties of the Community Executive
Requirements:
x Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any discipline
x Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing co-working space or business centre, community management, customer service or operations
x Bubbly and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
x Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work within the project timeline
x Pro-active, able to multi-task and work independently
x Proficiency in Microsoft Office
x Experience with social media and digital marketing is a plus
