As a legal secretary, you will be supporting a team of lawyers and ensuring that their days run smoothly. You will be managing all of their calendars, scheduling their meetings, booking their flights, expenses, and documentations, etc.
You are required to print/bind documents and be familiar with the e-Litigation system. You will keep track of court and trial dates, preparing bills, opening of legal files, carry out litigation searches, file management, e-litigation, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• Minimum 2 years of relevant litigation work experience within a legal firm
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
