Our client, an international law firm located in Raffles Place has a vacancy for a 2nd receptionist.

  • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with people at all levels.

  • Good interpersonal and team skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties, including meeting and greeting guests, answering and directing incoming phone calls and faxes, manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage conference room reservations and assist in setting up the relevant a/v services
  • Manage stationery stock and pantry items. 
  • Ensure reception area is clear, tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Serve drinks to visitors when required.
  • Arrange catering for meetings as needed.
  • Liaising with contractors, building management, external vendors as required.
  • Maintenance of office library.
  • Maintenance of internal files such as telephone and vendor lists.
  • Maintain corporate hotel rates table and assist with hotel arrangements for visiting attorneys.
  • Ad hoc office administration duties as assigned by the partners or DoA.
  • Acting as office Fire Warden and attending the necessary external trainings.

Hours of work: Monday — Friday (9 a.m. — 6 p.m. with occasional OT)
