Our client offers a comprehensive suite of courses across a wide range of topics such as Internal Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Fraud, Controls and Leadership.

 

They are looking for a motivated, versatile and resourceful candidate to manage the training needs of internal audit professionals.


The candidate should have:

  • At least an ‘A’ level or a Diploma in the discipline of Business Administration/ Marketing with 1-2 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Detail orientation / meticulous
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and keen to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience in administering training grant claims and using CRM will be advantageous.
  • Open to 4 months contract for maternity cover

Job Description

·       Handle end-to-end training operational tasks independently

·       Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of seminars on-site

·       Assist in updating the website, updating training calendar and marketing of seminars

·       Support day-to-day grant administration and processing

·       Work with government agencies for the management of these submissions

·       Handle all email, call-in and walk-in enquiries

·       Support the team in membership and marketing activities when the need arises and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
