1 Year Contract Administrative Assistant required:

 

Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm {Monday to Friday}

 

Salary: $2K - $3K depending on experience / qualification  

 

Working Location: Buona Vista

 

Duties:

 

General Administrative Support

·         Maintains the CRU office, pantry and consumables supplies to ensure sufficient stocks to support study activities and daily CRU operational activities.

·         Assists the study team in ordering meals for study subjects.

·         To raise on-board and off-board organisation change form for new hire/transfer. Prepare pre-on boarding and on-boarding of new hire.

·         Initiates and coordinates orientation program for new employees.

·         Assist in external course registration and verification of timesheet for CRU.

·         Performs other administrative duties, as assigned, to support the CRU’s daily operations.

 

Procurement Support

·          Handle procurement request orders (Shopping Cart) and creating of VMD, e-CIR according to process and in timely manner and accuracy. Include verification of delivery orders, invoices. To raise Emergency scanning and emergency payment support if required.

 

Facility and Equipment Support

·         Liaises with vendors supplying services such as housekeeping, laundry and biohazard waste disposal to ensure timely service delivery.

·         Assist in upkeep and maintenance of the facility such as works with CRU team leaders and contractors to ensure facility maintenance and repair do not interfere with Study activities.

·         Assist in troubleshooting of Distribution switch-board during power trip.

·         Guides the housekeeper in his/her duties.

·         Key inventory control for CRU keypress.

 

Others

·         Administrative office reception coverage as assigned.

 

 

Requirements

·          Relevant administrative work experience.

.         Computer literate.

·         Ability to work in a team.
