Manage work schedule & timelines

 

Draft, review, amend, format, compare and / or print correspondence, letters and documents

 

Day to day file management Enter / close time entries

Arrange conference calls and meetings (including booking of meeting rooms, car bookings, set up zoom meetings etc)

 

Manage calendar for respective lawyers Update contacts database

Managing WIPs and Billings

 

File Opening Engagement letters, AML, CMIS, Conflict Checks (will happen during on-going matters too) etc

 

File closing according to firm’s requirement

 

Claims submission & online disbursement reallocation

 

Travel arrangements – seek confirmation and approval, coordinate flight, apply visa, update itinerary / business agenda, arrange ground transfer and accommodation arrangements

 

Miscellaneous and ad hoc task assigned by timekeepers Conveyancing duties mentioned under Conveyancing Executive
