We are looking for a Junior Secretary with excellent communication and organisational skills
Key responsibilities:
The role will include, but not limited to, providing full secretarial support such as:
· preparation of engagement letters and matter opening files
· prepare bills to clients and input timesheets for fee earners accurately
· conduct and purchase searches on ACRA / MarineNet, e-litigation
· preparing & assisting in mortgage registration and discharge with MPA (Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore)
· preparing draft ACRA Authorization Letter and documents for ACRA Filing.
· assisting with the filing of the Registration of Charge and the Satisfaction of Charge with ACRA
· stamp duty filing
· preparing and manage correspondence and documents, maintain electronic and paper filing systems
· organizing and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel and hotel arrangements
· assisting in department events or client meetings with Business development
· covering reception area as and when required
· performing telephone duties in a professional manner
Attributes/Skills required
· preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience
· meticulous and team player
· MS office and knowledge of FileSite/Worksite, with e-litigation a plus
· Able to commence work in May 2021 |
