Our client, a premium car manufacturer is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

 

Diplomatic Sales / Direct Sales / VIP Sales

 

·       Handle enquiries from markets/customers on pricing and availability of models.

·       Responsible for the purchasing process from order intake, production schedule, car shipping, and liaising with Head Office and the respective dealer/importer to ensure a smooth process.

·       Keep track of all pending orders including other regions’ orders for our markets

·       Responsible for ensuring payment from customers and payment status

·       Work closely with the Company’s Asia’s Ordering/Sales Planning team for logistic matters

·       In charge of Commission payout claims for the Asia’s markets

·       Liaise with Accounts to cross charge the necessary costs back to the Asia’s markets

 

Corporate Sales

 

·       Responsible for coordinating the Head Office for tender price for Asia’s markets.

·       Ensure that the International Sales Agreement List is up to date and inform our markets accordingly.

 

Special Sales

 

·       Handle enquiries from markets/customers on pricing and availability of models.

·       Responsible for the purchasing process from order intake, production schedule, car shipping, and liaising with Head Office and the respective dealer/importer to ensure a smooth process.

·       Handle enquiries from markets/customers on pricing and availability of models.

·       Responsible for the purchasing process from order intake, production schedule, car shipping, and liaising with Head Office and the respective dealer/importer to ensure a smooth process.

·       Monitor the inventory and storing of the Security Car Communication materials and advise when the stock is low

·       Pack and send communication materials to respective markets (if necessary)

 

 

Other Corporate, Direct & Special Sales tasks

 

·       Monitor the reporting of the monthly corporate and special direct sales figures by each market.

·       Monitor the Sales supports spending by market

·       In charge of the Sales supports claims for the Asia’s markets and liaise with Controlling and Accounts for payout

·       Liaise with Asia office for Aftersales on BSI matters for  Corporate Direct and Special Sales topics.

·       Order, monitor Storing/stock and distributing of communication materials to the Asia’s markets

·       Disseminate of new price lists and product information to the Asia’s markets

·       Coordinate with Asia’s Marketing department the development of the material.

·       Coordinate the Corporate Direct and Special Sales business trips

·       Other administration tasks as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

·       Diploma Holder

·       Strong Administration background, ideally in Sales or logistic

·       Proficient Microsoft Office

·       Shipping Knowledge

·       Meticulous

·       Pleasant personality and ability to interact professionally with counterparts.
