Reports to Manager, Service on all operation matters
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES
Assist Supervisor to manage the service administrative activities & reporting requirements of the organization on a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure the following key performance indicators are adequately managed and monitored:
- Primary role :
Registering of customer calls for breakdown / queries into Service Manager & forward to Supervisor for assignment. Updating of Service Report for repair works into Service Manager and filing of Service Report. Scanning and saving of documents. Preparation of Service quotation in relation to Preventive Maintenance Servicing and Non-Contract customer labour quotation. Handing over Stock requisition forms to Warehouse Updating Operation Platform report – Accpac Sage 300
2. General duties:
Assist to follow up on Quotation / Purchase Orders based on Supervisor advice. Assist Supervisor on Accounts Receivables above 90 days outstanding based on Supervisor advice. Scheduled lunch duty
- Answering of phone calls enquires, filling general correspondences and clearing of daily faxes.
- Backup duties for Marketing and Customer Service Support & Supervisor
Ensure the timely, proper and adequate management reporting requirements as per corporate expectations.
Ensure the proper and appropriate representation of the company in all areas with regards to dealing with customers, local government regulations, and external relations.
