Job Description:
- Prepare purchase orders
- Prepare payment vouchers
- Arrange payments
- Inputting data into accounting system
- Assist with duties pertaining to system integration
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- 1 year Accounting experience
- Good in Ms Excel such as Vlookup and Pivot Table
- Liaise with chinese speaking customers
- Able to communicate well in English
- Cheerful and willing to learn
- Team Player
