Job Description:

  1. Prepare purchase orders
  2. Prepare payment vouchers
  3. Arrange payments
  4. Inputting data into accounting system
  5. Assist with duties pertaining to system integration
  6. Any other adhoc duties assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  1. 1 year Accounting experience 
  2. Good in Ms Excel such as Vlookup and Pivot Table
  3. Liaise with chinese speaking customers
  4. Able to communicate well in English
  5. Cheerful and willing to learn
  6. Team Player
