Job Descriptions


·     Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management including 3rd party vendors

·     Manage & liaise with vendors on office equipment, facilities, and security matters

·     Maintenance and updates of all office facilities, ie fire safety plans, air-con, electrical etc

·     Establish a systematic and cost-effective inspection and maintenance program and devise detailed checklist for inspection

·     Put in place a thorough system for monitoring of costs incurred in the maintenance of premises

·     Liaise and work closely with contractors to keep the project in a good state and in compliances of all rules and regulations

·     Review repair and maintenance contracts and ensure services delivered conform to the provisions in the contract.

·     Ensure regular inspections are carried out and implement effective preventive maintenance program
